Thank you for your interest in The CMMS Foundation Back to School Event on Saturday, July 13th 9:00 am - 2:00 pm at Greenview Park Community Center in Columbia, SC. We will be providing backpacks and schools supplies to the kids in the community for the 2024-2025 school year. We will provide the items that day while supplies last!
VENDORS: To register, complete the form below. You will be provided with the school supplies to give away during the event. You can make your registration payment via Cashapp $CMMSFOUNDATION OR Paypal: thecmmsfoundation@gmail.com.
*NONPROFIT VENDORS: After completing the form, please email documentation verifying your 501c3 classification to plansonus21@gmail.com and your registration fee will be waived.
SPONSORS: Complete the form below if you would like to donate funds or school supplies. You can decide what items and quantities you wish to donate. *You are not required to be present on the day of the event.
